The Melon Bingsu especially tastes great and looks amazing. The cafe uses honeydew melon ball, carved right in the middle to fill in giant milk ice creams. Taste the real fruit juice, not the syrup !

Bingsu Cafe in a Calm Village "Yeonnam Salon"

Yeonnam Salon is a cozy, down-to-earth cafe that serves perfect homemade desserts. The matcha bingsu is light and creamy, and makes for a great tea snack. We recommend their Patbingsu, which is shaved to perfection and probably the most milky bingsu .

 
The Purple Passion, "Cafe Bora"

Cafe Bora is a small but cute dessert place. Almost everything they have on their menu is purple, except for some other flavors like green tea. You can order almost everything from their menu that are purple-colored!. Most people say that their favorite purple menu is tiramisu, since it melts in mouth. The others are also worth a try also if you are up for it.
